The pink lab was created to build an environment for women to feel comfortable and safe in their own skin and in the facility they choose to build and grow. the goal is to bring together all women and become one supportive community.
as women, we all know the feeling of being uncomfortable when walking into a gym. Whether we have been going for years or if it is just our first day, walking into a public gym can be scary.
the gym can be a very vulnerable place for anyone. everyone’s goal is get better and to become the best version of themselves, whether that be physically, mentally or emotionally. it can become difficult to focus on our main goal when our thoughts are being consumed by the idea of being stared at, followed, uncomfortable in what we are wearing etc.
pink lab gives you the opportunity to wear whatever makes you comfortable! pink lab produces an environment in which you don’t have to be araid to ask questions or ask for help around you.
our facility offers classes that include strength training, boot camps, pilates, mobility, zumba, and even self defense!
our priority is for every member to feel as safe and as comfortable as possible.

Coach Eliza
Coach Eliza Specializes in strength training, functional training, circuit training, and powerlifting. Eliza believes strength training can improve your life in many different aspects. Eliza wants all women to feel comfortable while exercising and feel able to ask her any question to learn lifts properly. Teaching women proper form in lifts and seeing their confidence grow is what it is all about for her!

Hi I’m Coach Ari. As a personal trainer, my philosophy is to empower clients to achieve their unique fitness goals through personalized, evidence-based programs that promote long-term health and well-being. I believe in an approach that considers all aspects of fitness, from physical strength to mental resilience. By focusing on education, motivation, and support, I aim to equip clients with the knowledge and confidence to take charge of their health and maintain a balanced lifestyle. My goal is to create an enjoyable and engaging experience that builds a positive relationship with fitness and inspires lasting change. I focus on strength training, weight loss, cardio, booty work, and recovery from injuries. If these are things you’re looking for, let’s get after it together and let’s make it happen!

I am Coach Claire. Here at the Pink Lab, physical wellness is an essential part OF life. Every step and change you decide to TAKE brings you closer to your fitness goals and aspirations. My goal as a personal trainer is to not only train the body but also the mind to work to its fullest EXTENT. I am here to motivate and help one work towards their ideal transformation. It is inspiring to be able to guide others as it was once a step that I took until it became routine. Health is wealth, as we’ve heard before. Work with me, and let's get rich mentally and physically.

Coach carista specializes in boxing and self defense training. SHe has been in martial arts for over 15 years and has a 5th degree black belt. Her mission is to teach women how to feel confident and defend themselves. In her class, you will get a cardio workout along with learning boxing and self defense techniques. let’s empower and protect each other!
